Wandering through Italy

I have posted a number of entries on our travels through Italy, and thought it might be a helpful to compile them in one post for easier navigation. Below you will find links to trip reports for Rome, Venice, Cinque Terre, Lake Como, Sicily and our latest trip to Puglia.

We have also visited Florence, Pisa, Amalfi Coast and Cagliari; if you have questions, feel free to comment or send me an email.

Puglia: We spent a full month in Lecce, exploring the various towns in the heel of the boot. img_0989

RomeThis trip itinerary is ideal for 3-5 days, but if you only have a day, select the itinerary that most suits you!

VeniceVenice is a beautiful, ancient city, with a lot of crowds. Regardless, a visit to Venice should be on everyone’s bucket list. a4c8193b-2f55-4e6b-aa5d-e942b69ba391

Cinque Terre: This region is another tourist favorite for good reason; it’s fabulous! Crowds might be overwhelming during the summer months, so try to plan a trip during shoulder season (Spring/Fall). img_2962

Lake ComoNot many places conjure images of romance and starlets like Lake Como. There are a number of villages and towns around the lake so you can pick the ambiance you desire. img_3280

SicilyFrom Taormina to Palermo, join us on our 10-day road trip across Sicily! We toured ruins, ate great food, and got lost a few times.
